Account Deletion
Bisha Express users can request deletion of their app account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Bisha Express and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Delete your account outside the app
If you cannot access the app, send an account deletion request to:
To help us locate your account quickly, include the email address or phone number linked to your Bisha Express account and state that you want your account deleted.

What happens after your request
We will process your request and delete the account and associated personal data, except for any information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial record-keeping purposes.
